I believe that each of us makes a way in the world. The way we look at our experiences, our relationships with the environment, the way we interpret what happens to us and how we position ourselves is unique to us and is related to a set of beliefs, worldviews, expectations and values that we carry on our backs in a backpack from our parents' house._cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

There are situations in life in which we may feel that we are not understood by ourselves or that the environment does not understand us. Whether it is a crossroads in life, a crisis or difficulty, they embody the desire to receive recognition and encouragement as well as to rediscover the strength within us in order to bring relief to feelings. I see every crisis as an opportunity for growth and every crossroads as an opportunity to stop, observe and reposition.

True listening, non-judgement, respect and inclusion are the keys to a good relationship with myself and the environment. Sharing and consulting in a safe setting helps us reconnect with ourselves. These can be achieved in therapeutic relationships and have a healing element in them.

I believe that we all have the ability to self-heal. Sometimes we need a little help in finding that compassionate place within us, so that we can accept ourselves and bring about integration between the different parts of us. In this way we will be able to realize our capacity for a good and full life and for healthy and benevolent relationships with those close to us.
